RV Lots

(renter pays electric/water included in lot rent)

Daily – $47/day

Weekly – $200/week

  • No deposit required for daily or weekly spots booked
  • Non-refundable and paid at/or before the time of check-in

Monthly – $450/monthly (provide electric in your name)

Monthly – $550/monthly (*electric included – *rates may vary seasonally)

  • $150 deposit for any monthly spot booked
  • Any additional days will be prorated at half the daily rate

Annually – $325/month – provide your own electricity.

  • $150 deposit and year contract
  • Must be approved by management
  • Pay first 3-6 months in advance

*If breaks contract or moves out of space before the year is over will be back dated the monthly rate at $450 and will pay the remaining balance

*not responsible for damage, theft, or misuse etc.

Enclosed Storage

  • Small (21′ x 14′) – $95/month
  • Large (42′ x 14′) – $185/month
  • Overhead doors are 12′ x 12′
  • No deposit required.
  • No “partial” month payments on pole barns or storage units
  • Key deposit $50
  • Military Rates – 5% discount with valid credentials.
