RULES OF THE PARK
General Rules / Information
QUIET HOURS
We want you to enjoy your stay at Lewis RV Park.
Fun and partying are welcomed, but ONLY WITH CONSIDERATION OF OTHER GUESTS, especially after dark. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. No outside televisions, radios or loud music after 10 PM.
SECURITY
We have full-time security personnel to help protect you and your belongings and to enforce the rules of the Park.
LOCAL / FEDERAL LAWS
All city, county, state and federal laws shall be obeyed.
INSURANCE
Insurance on RV’s, boats, etc. must be carried by individual owners.
Park is not responsible for damage or theft.
TRASH
Trash must be bagged and put in dumpsters provided.
If you keep trash outside your RV, it must be in a closed receptacle. It is up to you to keep the area around your RV neat and clean.
TRAILERS & BOATS
Trailers and boats can be stored within your concrete pad or approach. No trailer or boat storage in between pads.
Storage facilities are available on site for your convenience at an additional cost. Read more.
NO PARKING AREAS
Do not park vehicles in roadway, in front of dumpsters, or in between pads.
Two vehicles max allowed per site. All persons must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on the campground property.
SPEED LIMIT
The speed limit in the park is 15 MPH.
FENCING
No fences of any type shall be erected.
OUTBUILDINGS
Outbuildings and storage sheds are not allowed at sites unless approved by management.
Outdoor/camping appliances only outside of RVs.
CLOTHES LINES
No outside clothes lines are permitted, except to dry beach towels.
If a tenant calls with a problem and it turns out to be the tenants problem, tenant will be responsible to pay for the service call.
PACKAGES / MAIL
Not responsible for stolen or lost personal packages and/or mail
RV Rules
Only one RV is allowed per site. No subletting of RV.
Unmaintained or damaged RV’s are NOT allowed in this park.
Tarps or plywood to cover holes is not allowed. RV’s 10 years old or more must be approved by management. Window air conditioners must be approved by management before arrival at the park.
RV’s with leaky faucets or stools are subject to additional water costs.
VEHICLE OR MOTOR REPAIRS
No vehicle or motor repairs that require more than 4 hours.
No major repairs allowed on site. No cars that are not running well or leaking fluids are allowed in this park.
WASHING RV
If you wash your RV or vehicle at your site there is a $15 charge payable prior to washing. Check with office manager.
Restrooms & Common Areas
RESTROOMS & SHOWER AREAS
All personal items must be removed immediately from restroom/shower areas after use.
Please leave the restrooms clean and free of clutter.
No smoking in the restrooms or community room.
WET WIPES
DO NOT flush wet wipes down the toilet. Place them in trash receptacles. They clog up the septic system.
Registration / Rent
REGISTRATION / PAYMENT
Registration/payment due prior to or immediately upon arrival.
RENT
Rent is due on the first day of each month.
Rent will be considered late if not paid by the 5th day of the month and a $25 late fee will be added.
Pet Rules
We are a pet friendly park under the following conditions:
- Pets must be 35 lbs. or under unless they are a security dog, or approved by management. Proper paperwork for security dogs must be on file in RV office.
- Pets must have current vaccinations with paperwork on file in RV office.
- Pets cannot run free except in the dog park.
Aggressive animals are not allowed.
Owners must clean up after their pets, in the dog park and around their site.
We have a “no poo in the park” policy. Repeat offenders will be removed from the park.
Only two pets are allowed per RV.
Owners cannot leave pets staked outside or left unattended overnight inside their unit.
Owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets.
Guest Rules
Our guests are welcome to use the facilities within the park.
Please be respectful of our facilities and use with care. Lewis RV Park is not responsible for damage or injury caused by our guests’ use of these facilities.
Guests wanting to stay continuously for longer than 60 days must be approved by park owners.
All guests must maintain a permanent residence elsewhere.
As a guest at Lewis RV Park, you are responsible for the actions of your visitors.
Fireworks / Firearms / Campfires / Generators
FIREWORKS
Shooting fireworks in the RV park must be approved by the park owners.
FIREARMS
All firearms must stay in your RV. Do no discharge firearms in the RV park.
CAMPFIRES
Campfires are not allowed at individual sites unless a fire pit approved by RV management is used.
A community fire pit is located at the center of the park. Campfires must be extinguished by 10 PM.
GENERATORS
Generators may only be run during power outages.
